The lane that makes the gym
Ferrari Red is the surface people remember. Dense short pile, 300 stitches per metre, holds firm under a loaded sled.
1m x 15m for a single lane, 2m x 20m for a full track, or cut to your length.
Lines and metre marks, inlaid
White lines and numbered metre marks woven into the turf, not painted on top, so they wear at the same rate as the lane.
Your logo, in the floor
Send the logo file and we cut and inlay it into the turf as a panel. The same trick works for lane numbers, zone names and club colours.

Laid in an afternoon
Prep the slab
Sweep and dry the concrete. Sort humps and moisture first.
Dry lay and square
Roll the turf out, let it relax for an hour, then square the lane.
Tape or glue
Double-sided turf tape indoors. Full-spread adhesive outdoors.
Cut and seam
Trim with a sharp blade on a straight edge. Butt the rolls tight.

Flooring questions
15mm or 20mm rubber tiles?
15mm suits most commercial floors and is the most popular. Go 20mm in platform and drop zones where loaded bars hit the floor all day.
Tiles or rolls?
Tiles are fast to lay, easy to replace and ship efficiently. 10mm rolls suit big open areas with fewer seams. Many gyms use rolls on the main floor and tiles in the heavy zones.
Is the astro turf sled rated?
Yes. It is a dense short pile with 300 stitches per metre and 31,500 tufts per square metre, so sleds and prowlers run on it without buckling or dragging.
Will the turf sit flush with the rubber?
Yes. It finishes at the same height as our 15mm rubber tiles, so the two surfaces meet with no trip lip.
What turf colours are there?
Nine: Ferrari Red, Black, Green, Blue, Grey, White, Yellow, Terracotta and Purple. Same pile and stitch density in every colour.
Can you put our logo and lines in the turf?
Yes. White lines and numbered metre marks are inlaid, not painted, so they wear at the same rate as the turf. Send your logo as a vector file and we cut and inlay it as a panel.
Can it go outdoors?
Yes. The turf fibres are UV-stabilised polyethylene and rated for outdoor pads and rooftops.
How is flooring shipped overseas?
Tiles, rolls and turf consolidate into the same container as your rigs and machines, FOB or delivered. We work out quantities from your floor plan.
Is Phoenix equipment hit by the US tariffs on China?
Our Vietnam-made equipment is Vietnam origin, so it does not carry the China-only Section 301 duties that have applied to Chinese gym equipment since 2018 and 2019. Both countries pay the newer across-the-board US duties, so the China-only layer is the difference. Rates change often and depend on the HS code, so we give you the codes and origin documents and your customs broker confirms the landed duty.
