Is this a job with a salary?
No. Phoenix sales reps are independent and paid on commission for the deals they bring in. You work your own network, your own hours and your own region. The structure and rates are agreed on the first call.
Do I need to buy or hold stock?
No. You sell, we build. Orders are made to order and shipped direct to your customer, FOB or delivered. No stock, no warehouse, no capital.
What is the difference between a sales rep and a distributor?
A distributor buys the equipment, holds or resells it and takes a protected territory. A sales rep sells it, and we quote, build, ship and support the customer directly. Reps who build a strong book can step up to a distributor territory.
Who handles the quote, shipping and warranty?
We do. You bring the customer and the relationship. Andy works the deal with you, and Phoenix handles quoting, production, freight, paperwork and warranty.
Who makes a good Phoenix rep?
People who already sell into gyms, hotels, universities, mine camps, Defence, fitout projects or commercial fitness, and have the relationships to open doors. Equipment sales experience helps. A real network matters most.
Can I rep other brands too?

What do I get to sell with?
The USD price list, the catalog, spec sheets, technical drawings, professional photos and video, and the founder on the phone when a deal needs him.
Is Phoenix equipment hit by the US tariffs on China?
Our Vietnam-made equipment is Vietnam origin, so it does not carry the China-only Section 301 duties that have applied to Chinese gym equipment since 2018 and 2019. Both countries pay the newer across-the-board US duties, so the China-only layer is the difference. Rates change often and depend on the HS code, so we give you the codes and origin documents and your customs broker confirms the landed duty.
